We are recruiting a Support Worker for a location in central Taunton to provide creative, person-centred support to 6 individuals with a variety of complex support needs within a supportive team.

The post holder will be based in Leonardo. Interns are young adults who have a learning disability and / or autism.

The post holder will be part of Supported Internship programme working in partnership with SS-L and Digital Employers in and around the Frome area.

As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to work across different teams and services in South Somerset, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs

The Assistant Outreach Manager will support the manager and their team of Community Connectors  in a variety of ways
