The people we support enjoy getting out and visiting friends/family. Between them, they also engage in a wide range of hobbies such as painting, tai chi, crazy golf and discos.

Croftlands is a small home in the centre of Bridgwater, we support 6 people with positive behaviour support through active engagement and meaningful lives.

We are currently looking for active and upbeat Support Workers to provide support to 7 ladies and 1 gentleman with learning disabilities in their own home.
