We are recruiting a Support Worker for a location in central Taunton to provide creative, person-centred support to 6 individuals with a variety of complex support needs within a supportive team.

The gentleman we support has epilepsy and learning disabilities, he enjoys a wide range of activities both at home and in the local area.

We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing full support to 4 females and 4 males with diverse needs in Taunton.

Discovery supports 3 gentlemen and 6 ladies aged between 30 years old to 70 years old, with Learning Disabilities, to live as independently as possible in their own home

The post holder will be based in and around the Radstock and Midsomer Norton area. Interns are young adults who have a learning disability and / or autism. Interns are recruited by all three parties.
