Support a gentleman who has a real love of being active and enjoys swimming, walking and potentially trampolining. Thursdays might see you heading out to Compass Disco!

You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team who work together to provide meaningful, person-centred care for seven wonderful adults aged between their 40s and 70s

As a Support Worker, your role is to provide practical, person-centred support that helps each gentleman live a life full of choice and enjoyment.

The post holder will be based in and around the BANES area. Interns are young adults who have a learning disability and / or autism. Interns are recruited by all three parties over the summer.

You'll support an amazing gentleman with enjoying music - having a little dance around the house, heading out for a walk along the beach followed by fish and chips, or relaxing in the garden.

Here, no two days look the same. You might be helping someone enjoy a pamper session or a trip to the spa, whilst others enjoy listening and making music with their drums and the piano
