Salary: £14.44 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Lead support worker to join our team, providing full support to 4 males Taunton.
What does the role as Lead Support Worker look like? Some key elements of this are listed below.
- Being a role model to colleagues, ensuring that you always display the organisational values, follow support plans and policies and procedures within your daily practice.
- Role modelling all of the processes in place organisationally and within the home.Inducting new colleagues.
- Completing additional delegated tasks and managing your time to achieve this
- .Advocating for the people we support.Demonstrating and creating new ways to promote the independence of the people who live at the saplings.
- Mentoring colleagues.Assessing competencies of your colleagues and coaching them where required.

- A passion for working with individuals who need full support.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
