Discovery is currently recruiting for caring, compassionate and friendly Waking Night Support Workers to join our team in Somerton for up to 4 nights per week on a permanent basis. You don't need to have been a Support Worker before as we can give you all the training and support you'll need to succeed, so if you'd like to find out more, read on!

About the role

As a Waking Night Support Worker in Somerton you'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to get a good night's rest. To do this you'll support with bedtime routines, providing emotional support and checking on the people we support throughout the night as needed. You'll also play a key part in making sure the house is ready for the next day by preparing food, cleaning and any other work that may be needed.
