At Discovery we are seeking Support Workers for aSupported Living Home in Chard, empowering the independence of the people we support each and every day.

About the role:

At Mawbry we support 3 gentlemen and 1 lady who have Learning Disabilities and Autism to live their lives independently, you will be supporting people to do the things they love! This could include trips to the theatre to watch a Christmas panto, a drive out to see the local Christmas lights, popping out for lunch or a hot chocolate at the cafe, it may be that you stay in and get stuck into the arts and crafts, and not forgetting singing and choir practice!

You will also be supporting people with their day to day tasks such as personal care, cooking, shopping and finance management.
