We are recruiting a Support Worker at our Registered Care Home in central Taunton - walking distance from town centre. We can offer guaranteed and regular working patterns with optional overtime.

You will be supporting five lovely gentlemen who have autism and/or learning disabilities. We want to support all of our gentlemen to have a full and active life and to be a part of their community. The role will involve building relationships with the people we support, supporting to go out to the pub and enjoy delicious meals in and out!

About the role:.

  • 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) - pro rata
  • Supported ‘Learn to Drive’ scheme (up to 30 driving lessons, 1 theory/practical test - all paid for by us)
