Here at Discovery, we are looking for Support Workers to join a team in Yeovil. Working at our homely Supported Living Service, you will enhance the quality of life of the two individuals who live there by empowering their independence. Discovery Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health or Social Care as full training is given.

Both full and part time roles are currently available

Activities Support Workers at This Service may be involved with include:

  • Enabling independence by assisting with tasks such as meal prep, shopping, finances, personal care and cooking
  • Engaging in stimulating activities both at home and in the community
  • Swimming
  • Walking
  • Health and safety tasks including maintaining a clean and homely living environment
