The Relief Support Worker role:
Croftlands supports 5 people of varying abilities living in a shared house environment with individual support hours and shared support.
We support individuals with achieving their goals and aspirations, being a part of their community, day to day living such as meal preparation, emotional care, financial support. We also support individuals with their behaviour support needs and mental health needs. This means that every day is a varied one, and support is provided in line with our core values of Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Partnership and Respect.
