Are you a Support Worker with experience of working with adults living with learning disabilities and Autism? Are you looking to take the next step in your career? Discovery are currently recruiting for a Lead Support Worker to join our team at Grassendale in Taunton.
About the role:
At Grassendale we support 9 gentlemen who love to make the most out of life, going out in their cars to the beach, car boot sales and even Alton Towers! They also enjoy going out for food and the occasional swim at the local pool. the home is located close to Vivary Park so is a great location for a wander around.
As a Lead Support Worker your role is all about ensuring that the people we support live happy and fulfilled lives, whilst coaching and supporting your colleagues to deliver great support.
We are ideally looking for someone who is computer literate, is able to lead from the front and willing to mentor and upskill the team sharing new ideas.

- 37.5 hours per week
- £12.84 per hour
- 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
