Discovery is looking for outgoing, patient Female Support Workers* to join our team in Taunton, providing support to 3 lovely ladies who are all over 50,in their own homes.

The people we support enjoy their days; Female Support Workers assist with:

  • Encouraging the ladies to try new activities
  • Visits to coffee shops and into town
  • Maintaining relationships with family and friends
  • Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include – but not be limited to – finances, shopping, cooking & personal care)

This is a varied role with no two days the same

Discovery Female Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health Care Assistant or Social Care roles as full training is given.
