We’re all here to make a positive difference to people with learning disabilities and/or autism in Somerset. Here at Discovery we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Support Worker team at Eldermere in Shepton Mallet.

About the role:

Eldermere is located on the outskirts of Shepton Mallet and is home to 6 people most of whom have lived there for many years.The people who live at Eldermere love to have fun and enjoy new experiences, current regular activities include swimming, drama, visiting families, days out and holidays. The people who live at Eldermere also need support with moving, handling and personal care. We are ideally looking for a team member who is flexible, and able to work weekends and evenings, drivers preferred.
